Vancouver, British Columbia

A few pics from our trip to Vancouver this last weekend. None of the pics of the city turned out well, but did get a few nice ones from Lynn Canyon and Blaine, Washington.

We stayed at the Sandman Suites on Davie Street. It's an absolutely delightful neighborhood with a couple of bakeries, an organic grocery, a 24 hour supermarket and drugstore. And the odd adult bookstore and Gay Mart. Yes, very LGBT friendly as Davie street is known as the "main drag" of the gay west end of Vancouver.

Every time I go to Vancouver I always think I could so live there. Gorgeous view. Great public transportation. Remarkable cultural diversity.
